HAIR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
HAIR CARE PRODUCTS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Exquisite African Braids & Boutique, we understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel your hair appointment. We request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of $25. We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you are dissatisfied with your hair braiding experience, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Exquisite African Braids & Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will be happy to help you with a return or exchange. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs. Please contact us for more information.
